SWTC is hosting a KAL (Knit Along) online for the Karaoke Mitered Square Sweater. The store will join in by having our own instore version. I'm leaning towards doing mine in Mermaid and Mermaid mix to go with a Mermaid mix Black Purl Sweater that all I have to do is the finish work on. We will probably meet one Tuesday a month and every Friday afternoon. I still have to talk with the knitters. I may even do a Kids Knit version for our more advanced children knitters.

OMG, Pat? This is Coty, your young, dashing, male knitter protege! How are things? Everything is great here -- I've stuck with knitting (which is an understatement)...I made Pasha the Penguin (knitty.com), more beer coozies, scarves, I'm working on a sock (I know, right?), a sweater, the "my so-called scarf"...
Needless to say, I'm staying busy! There are really no good yarn stores up here, though...we need to talk!

Anyway, it would be great to hear from you...PLUS, there really aren't any good yarn stores up here. If I'm gonna buy yarn online ANYWAY, I was thinking I might ask you first. I mean, it's not like you don't know someone who has a yarn store or anything...
