Hey everyone!
There won’t be a specialty class offered this weekend. Bring in your current project and if you need help with it, we will do our best to get you taken care of!
Don’t forget that there will be a tatting class on June 19th from 2-5 pm. Detta will be teaching the shuttle method of tatting and Pat will be teaching the needle method. Both create beautiful items. Great for borders and accessories!
We are bringing in a special friend from Atlanta on the 26th of June. Gru will be teaching us Brioche style knitting. If you haven’t seen it (Brioche), its a beautiful way to use color and design! We will be making a childs hat to learn the basic stitch as well as the method used for decreasing. This class is $25.00 and we can only seat six! Make your reservations today!
Always remember classes for beginner knitters and crocheters are always free! Tell a friend- When the store is open so is the table.
Come sit a bit and knit until your heart is content (or until we close the store :) )
Hope to see you soon!

Check out the sock class this Saturday!
Hello Everyone!
This Saturday is the second Saturday of the Anklet sock class! Don't worry if you missed last week, we can get you started when you come in on Saturday. Bring your own materials or purchase some in the store. This sock is adorable and easy to learn. Come out and give it a try. Take a peek here. Doesn't it look comfy?
We also are announcing another knit along. Pat will be knitting and helping you through the Marly Boatneck Top from the new KnitScene Magazine. This top was featured in the 2007 Winter/2008 Spring issue of KnitScene and is being celebrated once again this month in the latest issue to hit the shelves.
This top is done with two strands of DK weight yarn on size 9 and 10 needles. Its a wonderful 3/4 sleeved top for those cooler summer nights.
Don't forget our other two knit a longs!
Amanda is hosting one on Fridays now (previously on Thursday) from 11-1. She is working on the Annie Modisett Corset Tank Top , just like the one on display inside the store. This is a beautiful classic design that can be knit with or without sleeve caps and with a wide range of sizes it just can't be beat.
Detta is working on the Jali Cardigan from the latest issue of Interweave Knits. Detta will be doing this on Thursdays from 11-1. Come in and sit at the table and work on this beautiful cardigan!
There is plenty going on at the Ewe during the week, come on in and visit us, sit at the table and work on your projects until your heart is content. We are open from 10-5 Tuesday through Saturdays, staying open until 9 on Tuesdays for knit night. Everyone is welcome!
See YOU at the Ewe!
